In January 2024, project partners from Ireland, Denmark, Poland, and Spain gathered in Berlin to kick off our new sustainability project. The meeting was a fantastic opportunity to align our goals, discuss our plans in detail, and set the foundation for the work ahead.
Setting the Stage for Success
Our day began with introductions and an overview of the project's main aims. We discussed our shared vision for sustainability and how our collective efforts could make a significant impact. The primary focus of our meeting was the development of the SOS Starter Kit, a key deliverable that will guide stakeholders in implementing sustainable practices.

Throughout the day, we delved into the specifics of the SOS Starter Kit. We talked about what the final product should look like and how it could be most effectively utilised by our target audience. We also briefly touched upon the SOS Action Plan App and the SOS Networking Hub, which will be instrumental in our ongoing work. These tools are designed to support our sustainability goals and provide platforms for collaboration and communication among all participants.

After a productive day of meetings and discussions, our partners enjoyed a lovely meal together, followed by some sightseeing around the beautiful city of Berlin.
